Hooked On is a Bristol-based pop-up dining experience celebrating fresh, seasonal produce and bold, creative cooking. We source ingredients locally or directly from their origin, from Spanish olives to West Country vegetables. Our mission is to bring sustainability, innovation, and freedom back into the kitchen, inspiring guests and chefs alike to explore food beyond the limits of traditional restaurant menus.

At Hooked On, we're working towards building a platform that gives chefs the chance to step out from behind the pass and into the world of pop ups. We know that not everyone has the start up money for equipment and space hire and we want to change that. Our aim is to create a space where chefs can be creative with their menus, try new ideas, and connect with people who love food as much as they do. Whether its showcasing innovative cooking techniques or crafting new meaningful dishes we want to give them the freedom to cook with out limits. Sustainability, collaboration, and creativity are at the heart of what we do and we're exited to build something that inspires the next wave of food talent.
